Michigan Racer Run Snowmobile Ice Drag Racing
MRRSIDR is a racer run non profit LLC based in Michigan. They operate on all volunteer help, coming from either the community or from racers who do it for the love of the sport. The communities They race at plow the tracks and put up the necessary safety barriers required by both our Insurance Carrier and the DNR. . The racers set up the required equipment to run the race and control results. The race surface is ice and the race track length is 660 ft. They require all their tracks to have an additional 1200 ft to 1500 ft of smooth shut down area. They operate on 100% entry fee payback to the racers in all but two Trophy / Plaque Class categories. In most cases they plan on running their events in connection with local community Winter Festivals.
